For today’s 12 min Cardio workout you will need a jump rope. We will have 4 exercises, arranged in a circuit. Each circuit will have its own timer and with each circuit timer will change. Workout will progressively become more challenging.

  2. TIMER: 40 sec WORK 20 sec REST
  3. TIMER: 50 sec WORK 10 sec REST
