This is a basic CARDIO HIIT workout, where we will do few basic exercises. We will focus on our FULL BODY and we will do BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES ONLY. So, no equipment needed. Warm up is included at the beginning of the video.

BLOCK 1

1. Low Jacks
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Ski Abs
4. Star Jumps

BLOCK 2

1. Squat Jumps
2. Squat Hold
3. Jump Lunges
4. Squat Hold

BLOCK 3

1. Dive Bombers
2. Crab Toe Touches
3. V-Ups
4. Russian Twists

TIMER: 30 sec WORK 10 sec REST
Repeat 2x each block.
