Sweat to Shred #2

I hope you guys enjoyed our Sweat to Shred #2. This workout is focused on our entire body and it is very intense. It is a pyramid style workout where we start with lower reps, then climbing up the ladder and then going back down to starting reps. This kind of workouts are challenging for our physical body and also for our mental strength. A lot of times we want to stop when workout becomes to hard but you have to know the real success comes when you just dig deep and finish the workout. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to finish it, as long as you do. So set your timer on a stop watch and mark down the finish time. Next time you will do this workout, you will try to be better than the previous time.

Warm Up

Workout starts at: 4:00

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Jump rope 1 min
  2. Deadlift to Squat
  3. Burpee
  4. Hip thrust
  5. Spiderman Push Up

Pyramid style with Reps: 5 | 10 | 20 | 10 | 5 

First complete each exercise with 5 reps then continue with 10 reps and so forth.

Equipment needed:

  1. Exercise mat
  2. Dumbbell
  3. Jump rope
  4. Chair/Bench

Cool Down & Stretching

    1. Yes i know! This Sweat to Shred is the real deal. Doesn’t need a back up workout routine. I always cry at the end of this workout hahahah lol. So good πŸ™‚
