12 Min Tabata #5

Today’s Tabata has 6 different exercises with few pieces of equipment. We will start with one exercise and we will finish all rounds for this exercise before we will go to another. One circuit will last us 2 minutes and we will repeat the exercise for 4 times. This will go very fast because we only have 20 seconds to work with your maximum power and then rest for 10 seconds. You won’t get much rest in this show amount of time, but try to squeeze and push as hard as you can. The workout lasts only for about 12 minutes and 12 minutes is all what you have. You will rest after and you will also burn tons of calories as your after burn … up to 48 hours 😉

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Mountain Climbers with Sliders (If you don’t have sliders, do normal Mountain Climbers)
  2. Booty band Squats with Side Leg Lifts
  3. Slide Crunch + Jack Slide (If you don’t have sliders, do Plank Jump-in and Plank Jack)
  4. Narrow Back Rows + Wide Back Rows
  5. Table Top Hip Thrusts with Booty Band
  6. Burpee

Timer: 10/20 x 4 rounds per exercise

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs each)
  • Sliders
  • Booty Band
  • Exercise Mat
