Low Impact Focus #1

Welcome to the first workout of the series Low Impact Focus. This series will be focused on slow and controlled performance. We will not go for speed here but rather on this correct feel of the muscle we will be working on. Go through each exercise as slow as you can. There won’t be any cardio per se but while using heavy weights, you will for sure elevate your heart rate. This workouts will build your strength level and you will learn how to properly engage each muscle.

Now let’s get into the first workout.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Slow Goblet Squat 10x
  2. Slow Plank Shoulder Taps 10x
  3. Slider Lunge Back + Slider High Lunge + Slider Side Lunge 5/5x
  4. Slow Bicycles 16x
  5. Slow Push Ups to Blast Off Push up or Child’s Pose

4 rounds for time

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Pair this workout with: Cardio HIIT #4

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 Lbs)
  • Sliders
  • Exercise Mat

15 Min Cool Down & Stretching

    1. Ja, namensko je ta serija bolj pocasna, da dejansko cutis katera misica deluje in kako. Na dolgi rok je to zelo ucinkovit trening.
