Fit Test

This workout will be your FIT TEST workout. Once per month we will do our fit test and you will be checking your workout progress with this routine.

The most important thing is to count your reps and write them down after each exercise. Next time you do this routine you will try to beat your personal best with each exercise.

Before you start do a quick 5 min Warm Up

Workout Breakdown:

  1. High Knees
  2. Jump Squats
  3. Push Ups
  4. Jump Lunges
  5. Reptiles
  6. Burpee Push Ups
  7. Bicycle Abs
  8. Mountain Climbers
  9. Drop Legs Abs
  10. Side Jump Lunges
