- Updown to Downdog Burpee 10x
- Flow
- High Lunge to Runner’s Stretch + 11 Jump Lunges (L|R)
- Flow 2x
- Cat & Cow Reptile Tucks 10x
- Triceps Push Ups to Child’s Pose 10x
- Flow 3x
- Bird Dog to Thread the Needle alt. 10x
- Flow 4x
- Twisted Chair Pose to Hand to Big Toe alt. 10x
- Flow 5x
- Seated Forward Bend to Plau Pose 5x
- Butterfly Stretch
- Laying Twisted Stretch (L|R)
- Savasana (relax for 5 minutes)
