Today’s mobility class is more like a Power Yoga style and with this one we will be building up the heat in the body and at the same time we will feel relaxed, stretched and just amazing. This gentle yet powerful sequence is all what you need for your active  recovery day.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Seated stretches
  2. Updown to Downdog Burpee 10x
  3. Flow
  4. High Lunge to Runner’s Stretch + 11 Jump Lunges (L|R)
  5. Flow 2x
  6. Cat & Cow Reptile Tucks 10x
  7. Triceps Push Ups to Child’s Pose 10x
  8. Flow 3x
  9. Bird Dog to Thread the Needle alt. 10x
  10. Flow 4x
  11. Twisted Chair Pose to Hand to Big Toe alt. 10x
  12. Flow 5x
  13. Seated Forward Bend to Plau Pose 5x
  14. Butterfly Stretch
  15. Laying Twisted Stretch (L|R)
  16. Savasana (relax for 5 minutes)
