If you want you can have 1-2 min rest between each set to regain some muscle strength or you can go all in and complete the circuit as fast as possible.

  • Hip Thrusts 15x
  • Side Lunges 12/12x
  • Barbell Deadlifts 12x
  • Deficit Back Lunges 10/10x

PART 2: 4 min TABATA BURN

  1. Squat Jumps
  2. ISO Lunge Hold (L)
  3. Squat Jumps
  4. ISO Lunge Hold (R)
