Welcome to the Workout Fit Club! This is a subscription side, where you will be able to workout with me on a daily basis, with a structured weekly workout plan. My concept of working out is functional fitness, where we are moving our bodies every day, thus 7 days workout plan. But if your time and your lifestyle doesn’t permit you to train 7 days a week, then simply choose 3 or 4 days out of the weekly schedule. You can workout every 2nd day.

In this section you can see the whole library of all the workouts. They are structured into different categories and if you click on each category on your left side, more options will open up further on your right side and lead you to your desired video. You can simply choose and swap your daily workout if the weekly plan doesn’t suit you.
WEEKLY CHALLENGE
Every week you can select a specific exercise and challenge yourself. Those challenges are super fun to do and they compliment your daily workout practise. If we want to get better at something, we need to consistently repeat the drills and the moves. In time your body will naturally adapt and you will flow with an ease. Check it out! The selection of exercises is amazing.
